Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take to receive my jewelry?
I work on your purchases in the order they are received. In-stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days from purchase. Being prompt is important to me and I am usually able to ship custom and made-to-order items out within 5-10 business days from when they are purchased. If you need an item sooner, let me know by sending me an email at stacy@formandfunktion.com first and I will work to get your order to you quicker.
How will my order be shipped? How long will it take? How much will it cost?
Orders are shipped as First Class mail through the USPS and they usually take 3-4 days to arrive at their destination within the US. Shipping for domestic First Class mail through the USPS is free. Expedited shipping in the US is available and you can specify that at checkout and the costs are $8 for Priority Mail and $23 for Express Mail. Shipping cost for international orders (ordered from outside of the US) is $18 for First Class mail. Contact me for upgrades for faster shipping internationally Customs or VAT taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are payable at the time of delivery.
Once your order is shipped and on its way to you, I will send you an email giving you the date of shipping and a delivery confirmation tracking link for domestic orders or a customs declaration number for international orders.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Form and Funktion accepts many forms of payment at checkout such as various credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express and more) as well as PayPal and Amazon Pay.
What if I don’t know my ring size?
Plastic ring sizers that I sell in my shop are an easy way to accurately measure your ring size. I highly recommend them if you are not completely confident of your size. I will be happy to send one to you at no extra charge once you purchase a ring.
What if my ring doesn’t fit?
Occasionally, rings are ordered in the wrong size. If this occurs, and if the ring you have ordered is a design that I am able to resize, I will do so at an extra charge of $28.00 plus shipping.
Do you have gift wrapping?
All jewelry arrives wrapped and ready for giving (or keeping!). If your purchase is a gift for someone else, I can send your gift directly to the recipient and sign a card with your message if that would be helpful.
Do you do custom work?
I am always happy to tweak some details of my designs for you when possible. I don't take truly custom work because I find that when I do I it doesn't allow me the time to explore my own creative paths. If needed, I can give you some references for jewelers who do custom work, so feel free to ask for those.

Can I get a refund or exchange?
♥ Form and Funktion will make every effort to provide you with a purchase that you are very happy with; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) within 2 weeks of delivery. Your original form of payment will be refunded within 2 days of my receiving your merchandise. Please contact me to let me know the problem before sending back the piece. If you are not completely happy with your order, I will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation. I want your heart to flutter every time you put on your Form and Funktion jewelry! ❤️
How are you working to make Form and Funktion as eco-friendly as possible?
I'm glad you asked! :) I have been able to successfully replace many of the traditionally used chemicals in jewelry making with more earth-conscious recipes. I buy my precious metals from suppliers who use recycled silver and gold in their metals and I am committed to using as many of the stones as possible that have been mined in the US or that have been ethically sourced from other locations. I use conflict-free diamonds in all of my diamond jewelry and I offer Moissanites for those who want to avoid the diamond industry completely. I also ship jewelry in eco-friendly packaging. I will continue to look for ways to decrease my own chemical and carbon footprint and to support suppliers who are eco-conscious in any ways that I can because I believe that our fellow humans around the world and future generations depend on it.
